MSM Technologies provides SMS gateway and bulk SMS services in Azerbaijan. Smartbee built the new platform from scratch to replace the legacy .NET gateway: Go microservices connect to operators' SMSCs over SMPP and give clients an SMPP server, a REST API (JWT, OpenAPI) and compatibility with the legacy XML API.
The platform covers balance and billing, delivery reports, MNP lookup, webhooks, two-way SMS and auto-replies. One admin panel serves several brands, while clients manage balance, message history, sender names, API keys and online top-ups in their own portal.
The same platform also powers the Softline and SendOra brands. Smartbee built the corporate website and the Kubernetes infrastructure too.
